Dr Louis Blom has been in the ministry for the past 27 years. After pastoring in two local churches, in the AFM of SA for 10 years, he co-founded Judea Harvest in 1999. During the past 18 years, Louis has travelled the world extensively, preaching and mobilising the body of Christ for the harvest in more than 30 nations. He completed his Doctoral Thesis on Evangelism Strategies for Africa with the University of Johannesburg ( UJ ) Louis is also a US Board member.

Willing is the Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of RWR Investments. He has more than twenty years of experience in alternative investing in equity and credit markets. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance. Willing is a member of organizations such as the Family Office Forum, the Texas Family Office Association and the UT System Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee (CCEC). He is also a current board member of Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc and Judea Harvest. He is a sixth generation Texan that resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

He obtained doctorates in 3 different fields, namely; Doctor of Theology (DTh), in Practical Theology. Doctor of Education (DEd), in Psychology of Education. And Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), in Personal and Professional Leadership.
Gert is married to Jeanetta, has four children, and currently lives in The Woodlands, Houston, Texas.
